So you can go look inside the book for Gardner Dozois' forthcoming Year's Best Science Fiction: Twenty-Ninth Annual Collection over on Amazon.com, and I spotted the following names and stories that were published in RoF's final year have received honorable mentions:

"Little Vampires" by Lisa Goldstein

"The Good Husband" by Thea Hutcheson

"The Tides of the Heart" by David D. Levine

"The Swan Troika" by Richard Parks

"Leap of Faith" by Alan Smale
