Sean Wallace has posted some interesting stats concerning new authors appearing the top genre mags.  Thanks to Cat Rambo for pointing this out.  As Sean notes in his entry, different magazines have different models.  So without judging the results for these other magazines, I'd like to say that I'm happy that RoF is right around 50%.  I really like the balance of old and new.
